• Seasonal color changes
• Mulch replenishment
• Minor repairs and replacements
• Detailed reporting
• Priority scheduling

Visit Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly Starting at: ₱5,000/visit

Estate Care

For larger properties requiring dedicated attention. Consistent crew assignments, comprehensive service, and property management coordination.

Includes everything in Complete Care, plus:

• Dedicated crew assignment
• Tree and large shrub care
• Hardscape maintenance
• Water feature maintenance
• Coordination with household staff

Not ready for a maintenance program? We also offer:

• Garden Cleanup — One-time cleanup of neglected or overgrown gardens. ₱150-300 per sqm depending on condition.
• Pruning Service — Professional pruning of trees, shrubs, and hedges. Priced per project.
• Pest Treatment — Diagnosis and treatment of pest or disease problems. Priced per treatment.
• Fertilization — Single application of appropriate fertilizers. ₱50-100 per sqm.
• Seasonal Color Change — Replacement of seasonal flowering plants. Priced per project.
