Landscape Construction
Full installation from demolition through final planting.
What We Build
Beautiful landscapes start below the surface. Proper soil preparation, correct drainage, quality materials, and skilled installation determine whether your garden thrives or struggles. We build landscapes to last.
Softscape
All living elements: trees, shrubs, groundcovers, vines, ornamental grasses, and flowering accents. We source quality tropical and native plant material, prepare soil properly, and plant at correct depths with appropriate spacing.
Hardscape
Patios, pathways, driveways, retaining walls, steps, edging, and decorative stonework. Built with materials suited for tropical heat, humidity, and heavy rainfall.
Irrigation
Efficient watering systems designed for your landscape's specific needs. Drip irrigation for beds, sprinklers for turf, smart controllers for water savings.
Drainage
French drains, catch basins, grading, and other solutions to manage water and prevent flooding or erosion, especially critical during monsoon season.
Lighting
Landscape lighting for safety, security, and aesthetics. Path lights, uplighting, feature lighting, and outdoor living area illumination.
Structures
Pergolas, gazebos, shade structures, and outdoor living features. Built with proper anchoring and wind-load considerations for Philippine weather conditions.
Water Features
Fountains, ponds, waterfalls, and other water elements. Designed with proper filtration and circulation to manage algae growth in our warm tropical climate.

Hardscape Construction
Patios, walls, pathways — all structural elements built before planting.
Soil Preparation
Testing, amendment, fine grading, and preparation for planting.
Irrigation Completion
Lateral lines, heads, and controller installation.
Planting
Trees first, then shrubs, then groundcovers and perennials.
Mulching & Finishing
Mulch application, final grading, cleanup, and detail work.
Establishment Period
Initial watering schedule, monitoring, and adjustments.
Final Walkthrough
Review with client, care instructions, and warranty documentation.

What Sets Us Apart
Soil Preparation
We don't plant into construction fill and hope for the best. Proper soil preparation is non-negotiable.
Quality Plant Material
We source from trusted nurseries and inspect before planting. No leftovers or seconds.
Correct Installation
Proper planting depth, appropriate spacing, root ball treatment — the details that determine success.
Establishment Care
We don't disappear after planting. Initial establishment period includes monitoring and adjustment.
Common Questions
How much does landscape construction cost per square meter?
Landscape construction costs range from ₱3,000 to ₱5,000 per sqm for softscape-only projects, ₱5,000 to ₱8,000 for standard mixed landscapes, and ₱8,000 to ₱10,000+ for premium installations with high-end materials and complex features. Actual pricing depends on the specific design, materials selected, site conditions, and location.
How long does a typical landscape construction project take?
Most residential landscape projects take 2 to 6 weeks for construction, depending on size and complexity. A small front yard might be done in under two weeks, while a full property with hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and planting takes longer. We provide a detailed timeline during the pre-construction phase.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
We assist with HOA submissions by providing the design documents and specifications that HOA review boards typically require. For projects requiring local government permits (such as significant grading or structure construction), we coordinate with the necessary offices. We are familiar with common HOA requirements across subdivisions in our service areas.
What happens if it rains during construction?
Rain is expected during Philippine construction projects, especially during wet season. We plan for it by scheduling weather-sensitive work (like concrete pours and soil preparation) during dry windows, and by ensuring proper site drainage throughout the construction process. Some rain delays are unavoidable, but they are accounted for in our project timelines.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Yes. We provide a warranty on both hardscape construction and plant material. Hardscape elements are covered for structural defects, and plants are covered through an establishment period during which we monitor and replace any that fail to thrive under normal conditions. Specific warranty terms are detailed in our project contracts.
Can you work with an existing landscape design from another designer?
Yes. We can build from plans prepared by another designer or architect. We review the plans, flag any constructability concerns, and provide a detailed quote based on the specifications. If adjustments are needed for site conditions or material availability, we communicate those before starting.
