French drains, catch basins, grading, and other solutions to manage water and prevent flooding or erosion.

Lighting

Landscape lighting for safety, security, and aesthetics. Path lights, uplighting, feature lighting, and outdoor living area illumination.

Our Construction Process

1. Pre-Construction — Final plan review, material ordering, scheduling, and site preparation planning.
2. Site Preparation — Demolition of existing elements (if needed), rough grading, and access setup.
3. Underground Work — Drainage installation, irrigation main lines, and electrical conduit.
4. Hardscape Construction — Patios, walls, pathways — all structural elements built before planting.
5. Soil Preparation — Testing, amendment, fine grading, and preparation for planting.
6. Irrigation Completion — Lateral lines, heads, and controller installation.
7. Planting — Trees first, then shrubs, then groundcovers and perennials.
8. Mulching & Finishing — Mulch application, final grading, cleanup, and detail work.
9. Establishment Period — Initial watering schedule, monitoring, and adjustments.
10. Final Walkthrough — Review with client, care instructions, and warranty documentation.

Construction Pricing

Landscape construction costs vary based on scope and materials:
