What's included in the maintenance service?
All office rental packages include scheduled maintenance visits (weekly or bi-weekly). During each visit, we water the plants appropriately, check soil moisture, prune dead or yellowing leaves, fertilize as needed, inspect for pests, and clean/dust the leaves. We also rotate plants if certain spots receive uneven light.
What happens if a plant dies or looks unhealthy?
We replace it at no additional cost. If a plant isn't thriving despite proper care, we'll swap it out for a healthy replacement during our next maintenance visit—or sooner if needed. That's the whole point of rental: the risk is ours, not yours.
What's the minimum rental period?
For office rentals, minimum terms are typically 3 months for Starter packages and 6 months for Business and Corporate packages. Event rentals can be as short as one day. We're flexible—talk to us about your specific situation.
Do you serve my location?
We serve all of Metro Manila, Cavite, and Laguna. Our core coverage includes Makati, BGC, Ortigas, Quezon City, Alabang, Las Piñas, Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas, Santa Rosa, Biñan, and Calamba. For locations outside this area, contact us—we may be able to accommodate you with adjusted pricing.
Can I choose which plants I get?
Yes. We'll recommend plants based on your space conditions (lighting, temperature, humidity), but the final selection is yours. During the consultation, we'll present options and work together to create the right mix for your environment and aesthetic preferences.
Do I need to water the plants between your visits?
No. Our maintenance schedule is designed so that plants receive proper care without any effort from your team. If you want to water them anyway (some people enjoy it), we'll show you how—but it's not required or expected.
What kind of pots and containers do you provide?
Standard rentals include clean, professional planters appropriate for office environments. If you want upgraded decorative pots or specific styles to match your interior design, we offer premium options at additional cost.
